These terms and conditions are called the "Reservation Terms". The Reservation Terms are the terms and conditions which govern (a) use of any Ready Rental trailer or equipment, and (b) use of any other Ready Rental property. 

1. Copy of Insurance 

You will provide Ready Rental with a copy of your auto insurance card demonstrating that you have auto insurance coverage. You authorize Ready Rental to make a claim against your auto insurance for any damage done to Ready Rental trailers or property.

2. Credit Card Use

A credit card will be required to be provided by You before entering into a leasing relationship with Ready Rental. You authorize Ready Rental to charge this card for any amounts owed for leasing a trailer or other property and You agreed that Ready Rental may charge the credit card for any damage or loss incurred by your use of the Ready Rental trailer or property.  

3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend Ready Rental for any claims that arise out of your use of any Ready Rental trailer or property.  

4. Inspection

Before leasing any Ready Rental property, you agree to do an inspection of the property and note any damage to it before leaving with the property. You are responsible for any damage done to any leased property while in your possession.  

5. General Terms:

Rates for the use of the Ready Rental trailers or property will be disclosed to you. You are responsible for all tolls or parking charges incurred by you while using the Ready Rental trailer or property. You authorize us to use your Credit Card to pay any tolls or charges incurred that you do not pay. 

 If you fail to pay the amount owed by you to Ready Rental, in addition to the amount owed, you will owe Ready Rental interest at 18% per year on any unpaid balance. Further, you will owe Ready Rental as additional damages the reasonable attorney fees incurred by Ready Rental enforcing its rights under this agreement.  

You agree to these terms as part of Your agreement with Ready Rental when you take possession of any Ready Rental property.
